Sandra Bullock
 Sandra Bullock really earned the title of her hit movie, “Miss Congenuality,” recently. The actress was dining with a pal at Rao’s restaurant in New York when she noticed a group of young fans outside with their noses pressed up against the window, trying to get a better view of her. She pushed aside her tortellini and invited the kids inside so she could sign autographs for them. Bravo!
