Elton John
 Elton John received the Courage Award recently for his commitment to helping others from Saks Fifth Avenue and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Beverly Hills. Tom Hanks and wife Rita Wilson, honorary chairs of the gala, along with Steven Spielberg and wife Kate Capshaw, presented the award to John, known for his AIDS fundraising efforts. Elton has set such a great example for other entertainers in helping those less fortunate, maybe they should change the name of the award to the Encourage Award. Bravo, Elton.
