She also comments about the use of “laughtracks” on TV and the psychology of comedy, being raised by her father (Danny Thomas) to be a “thoroughbred” and her penchant for being a perfectionist. She also reacts to critics who say she’s “too difficult” (“If I was a man, I’d be considered smart”) and “too successful” (“You’re only as good as everybody around you”).

The Audrey Landers Interview – Audrey Landers, the popular actress from the “Dallas” television series, confesses she was “bitten by the show biz bug” when she was only a three-year-old (“I was only a toddler, but I knew then what I wanted”) and talks about the many facets of her career, including recording an album in England (“Music is my first love”). She also expresses her views about women’s roles in films and reveals the story behind the “nude magazine pictorial,” with her sister Judy, in Playboy magazine, and how she “lost her shirt” in the process (“We ended up doing the session with no nudity and no money”).
