Q. I read in a movie magazine that Britney Spears was getting her own museum. Is there any truth to that, or is it a rumor? – B.A., Branson, Missouri.
A. It’s no rumor. Just like former presidents, the bubble-gum princess is getting her own museum in her hometown. The Kentwood, La. showplace will feature memorabilia documenting her rise from Mouseketeer to record chart-topper. No doubt, destined for preservation will be the $850 pair of purple cowboy boots she bought recently in Toronto.

A. Michael gets a reported $20-million, while wife Catherine earns about $3-million.
Q. My husband and I still love the Beatles. We need you to settle an argument about the childhood home of John Lennon. I heard it was sold to a wealthy art collector. My husband says it has been demolished and is nothing but a memory. Who’s right? – G.K., Portland, Oregon.
A. Neither of you have the right answer. Yoko Ono bought Lennon’s childhood home in Liverpool, England and donated it to the National Trust, a charity that preserves landmarks. To show its gratitude for making the home a historical monument, the city renamed its airport Liverpool John Lennon Airport and erected a 7-foot bronze statue of Lennon outside of the terminal.

Q. I heard Nicole Kidman suffered a severe mental breakdown. Please explain. – J.J., Wills Point, Texas.

Q. What happened to Elizabeth Taylor’s last husband, Larry Fortensky? Someone said he had brain damage. – K.W., Bisnee, Arizona.
A. Latest reports indicate Fortensky is drinking himself into oblivion inside his 33-ft. motor home. Fortensky suffered a near-fatal injury in a drunken fall four years ago. Liz has done everything she can to help her eighth husband stay sober, but it doesn’t seem to be doing much good.
Q. What’s this I hear about the granddaughter of Charlie Chaplin being groomed to be the next Britney Spears? – O.R., Ponca City, Okla.

Q. I heard that Sylvester Stallone was banned from some fancy California club. What club was it, and why do they hate movie stars? – J.S., Clovis, New Mexico.
A. The club you make reference to was the Santa Barbara Polo Club. After two years, Stallone finally got a membership. Being a movie star didn’t have anything to do with Sly getting the run-around. It had to do with the fact that the club wasn’t particularly enamored with Brigitte Nielsen, Stallone’s wife at the time.
