A. The most down-loaded woman on the Internet actually gained 50 pounds during her pregnancy. The sexy personality says she’s trying to shed the pounds and get back to her normal figure, but if she’s not successful, she’ll just find something else to do with her life. According to Cindy, her baby is the most important thing in her life right now, and being an Internet cutie doesn’t intrigue her all that much at the moment.
 Q. Is Prince William as big a soap opera freak as they say he is? Just curious. – M.H., El Paso, Tex.
A. Absolutely. He’s a big fan of the show “EastEnders,” and, reportedly, never misses it.
 Q. Why doesn’t Anastacia trade in her glasses for contacts? – W.L., Green Bay, Wisconsin.
A. It seems that Anastacia just refuses to give up her prescription glasses. She owns 30 pairs. Maybe one of the reason she hangs on to the specs is because she was advised she’d never make it as an entertainer wearing glasses, and she wanted to prove the experts wrong.
 Q. Why did Diana Ross cancel her last music tour? – K.L., San Francisco, Calif.
A. Diana said she just got depressed playing gigs in little venues and decided, instead, to return to rehab.
 Q. Did Jerry Lewis really contemplate suicide? – O.P.,, Kansas City, Mo.
A. The 76-year-old performer confided to a reporter that he was so ill in the spring, he did, indeed, consider blowing his brains out. (Lewis was in so much agony from an old spinal injury he actually took a gun and thought about putting it in his mouth).
 Q. One of my friends claimed that Sandra Bernhard went to a strip club with some of her lesbian friends when she was pregnant. Any truth to that or was it a rumor? – C.H., Phoenix, Ariz.
A. Sandra did do that. When her lesbian friends dared her to take off her top, she responded by yanking it off and danced all over the stage with her bare breasts and her pregnant stomach exposed.
 Q. I heard that Sharon Stone was going to play Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss in a new movie. Is that true? – L.W., St. Louis, Mo.
A. Word in Hollywood has it that Nicole Kidman is the actress who will portray Heidi Fleiss. The proposed project, is tentatively titled “Pay the Girl.”
 Q. What’s this I hear about a man trying to kill Drew Barrymore with a knife? – L.L., Pine Bluff, Ark.
A. According to police reports, in August, a man strolled into the Beverly Hills Hotel on Sunset Blvd. and told the folks at the front desk, “I’m here for Drew Barrymore.” He, reportedly, pulled out a large hunting knife, started waving it around, and shouted: “I’m here to kill Drew Barrymore and all the Jews.”
 Q. I’m upset after hearing Cybill Shepherd has skin cancer. How’s she doing? – K.C., Dallas, Tex.
A. Cybill has undergone disfiguring surgery in an effort to win her battle with skin cancer. She was diagnosed with a melanoma on her back and was worried that it had spread, possibly, to her spine and throughout her body. According to Cybill’s mother, skin cancer runs in the family. Since her surgery, she’s taking special precautions to stay out of the sun as much as possible.
Q. What movie ranks as the best one ever produced? – W.J., Ft. Worth, Tex.
A. According to a recent poll of international film directors, “Citizen Kane” tops the top ten best movies of all time list, followed by “The Godfather.”
