People are always asking Cindy Crawford how she manages to look so stunning in her bikini, despite the fact that she has two children and is 36.
The 5-foot-9 1/2 supermodel admits she has to watch carefully what she eats, just like everyone else. For starters, she stays away from most starches, including rice, potatoes, bread, spaghetti and pasta.
Not only does she feel that vegetables are better for the body, she claims the calories are easier to burn off. Cindy is also a tofu fanatic. She eats it served with avocados and asparagus.
Throughout the day, Cindy wards off hunger attacks by snacking on several little meals. She has fruit for breakfast and brunch, a bag of salad with shrimp for lunch, yogurt for an afternoon snack, steam vegetables and fish or chicken for dinner and fruit in the evening.
She also tries to sleep eight hours every night. As for exercise, she says that chasing her kids around the house gives her plenty of exercise, although it cannot take the place of a fixed daily routine.
The supermodel also likes to swim and do yoga.
