Fans following Carey’s career over the past couple of years are well aware that her weight has gone up and down periodically when she has suffered personal or career problems. Lately, it has been mostly up. That’s no wonder when you check out her backstage eating requirements: black bean soup, salad with hot bacon dressing, cheese bread, potato chips, fried chicken, stuffed pork chops, ribs, steak, baked ham, stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes and pastries.
Rimes, on the other hand, has dropped 20 pounds with a backstage diet that includes one fresh fruit tray; apple, orange, grape, pineapple and cranberry juices; one gallon of spring water; a bowl of chilled fresh tuna and herbal tea with fresh lemon.
