Nicole Kidman’s 900-calorie-a-day diet is an extreme regimen that’s hardly enough to support her active lifestyle, according to my sources in Hollywood.
Basicly, Nicole eats bran cereal for breakfast. And, for lunch, she has a bowl of broth or vegetable soup, or a salad with lemon juice or a light vinegar-and-oil dressing. For dinner, she has a lager salad – with some chicken or other protein. Once or twice a week, Nicole will have a piece of fish for dinner.
When she does break her diet – which is rare – she’ll indulge in a pasta at a restaurant.
